What data is collected and why

• If you write by email: your address and what you tell me, only to reply to you.
• If you buy or download a product: purchase and download are handled through Payhip, and payment through Stripe or PayPal. These platforms process your data (name, email, payment details) to process the order, deliver the product and meet tax obligations. The owner receives your name and email to manage the order and customer support.
• Navigation: the hosting provider may log technical data (such as IP address) for security and operational reasons.

Legal basis

Performance of the purchase contract, your consent when you write or subscribe, and the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers needed for the website and sales to work: Payhip (shop), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and the web hosting service (Netlify). Some are outside the EU and apply the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

How long they are kept

As long as needed to handle your enquiry or order and, for purchases, for the periods required by tax law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to danilopzfx@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
