One of my favourite nights near Barcelona. A relentless climb from a village at the foot of the mountain to the top of one of its summits. Right below it is the cave: a rock balcony facing the Montserrat pinnacles, perfect for the sunset and for waking up to the sunrise in your sleeping bag.

The climb is relentless (+800 m in about 5 km): wear good shoes and take it easy. Getting into the cave is exposed: don't do it at night, in the rain or with wet rock. Arrive in daylight.
